Intimi Toys do not take shortcuts when it comes to our client’s privacy. We will do whatever it takes to make our order and delivery secure. Our packages are totally discreet and curious proof with a return address that is not related to the contents of the package (NI SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS LLC). This way, we guarantee your peace of mind while shopping with us.

As a company policy, we follow the steps below to make sure that your name is not exposed or related to the contents of any package shipped by Intimi Toys.

  1. Brown Box or Envelope Without Any Logo

  2. No Contents Listed or Product Purchased in the External Area of the Box

  3. Sender Printed Label Unrelated to Contents

  4. Your Name and Address in Post Office / Carrier

  5. Boxes With Insurance Against Loss

  6. Reinforced Cardboard Box and Plastic Bubble

Deadlines

If your order is placed before 1:00 PM PST (GMT-7), Monday through Friday, it will be processed and shipped on the same day. All orders are processed within 48 hours during normal business operations, notice that orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed by the following business day.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with the details of your order. The following email will give you the tracking code for your shipment, which may take up to 24 hours to be updated or become available. If you do not receive an email, we recommend checking your spam folder. This is why checking out with a real email is so important.

National Shipping Options

For national shipping, we use USPS, FedEx and DHL carriers. Shipping cost may vary according to the size, weight, type of delivery of your order, and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard – 5 to 10 working days (FREE if you are a registered customer and spend $69 or more)

  • Express - 3 to 5 working days

  • Priority Mail – 2 to 3 working days

  • Next Day – 1 working day

International Shipping Options

Customs forms will be filled in with the description of “massager” and the true value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA. All items sold on Intimi Toys are legal in the USA, we are not responsible if these items are seized or confiscated by Customs Agents in your country. Some countries may have specific regulations for cosmetics goods, so please be aware before placing your order.
Shipping costs may vary according to the size, weight, type of delivery of your order, and country. The final cost will be shown at checkout.

  • Shipping to Canada – 1 to 2 weeks

  • Shipping to Brazil – 2 to 3 weeks

If your package is stuck in transit, please wait until14 business days have passed to request an investigation

*Return labels are not available for international orders. We require customers to purchase shipping for returns for reimbursement.

Tracking your Order

You will receive an email with the tracking number, however, you can also keep up with your package inside your account at Intimi Toys. Use the link Track My Order. Please note, if you have ordered more than one (1) item, it´s possible that they may be shipped from different warehouse locations. In this case, you will receive more than one tracking number and they may not necessarily arrive on the same day.

Wrong Items

 If by any chance, you receive the wrong order or an incorrect item, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report this issue.  You may report the incorrect item by sending an email to [email protected] explaining the mistake, attaching a photo of the unsealed product and specifying your order number. Our team will quickly resend the correct item for you, and the best part, you will keep the incorrect one, on us!

Lost/Stolen Items

Intimi Toys is not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse, especially if an item was lost in delivery or stolen from the recipient’s doorstep. However, if this happens, we encourage you to contact the carrier and file a claim with them. We will be open to helping you with any information you need to file a claim.

Returned to Sender

If the order is not delivered because of a wrong address or is not deliverable due to any other reason, we will analyze these returns and if they are viable for resale, we will refund the order to you. However, if it’s not viable for resale no credit will be issued as we have to discard the product.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address and delivery information or provide special instructions to ensure proper delivery.
