Intimi Toys do not measure efforts when the subject is our client privacy. We do whatever it takes to make our order and delivery security. Our packages are totally discreet, curious proof, and also the sender name (NI SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS LLC) is not related to the content. This way, we guarantee your peace of mind while shopping with us.

As a company policy, we follow the steps below to make sure that your name is not exposed or related to the content of the packages.

Deadlines

If your order is placed before 3:00 pm (GMT-7), Monday to Friday, it will be processed and shipped on the same day. All orders are processed within 48 business hours, notice that orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed by the following working day.

After placing the order, you will receive an email with all the details of your order. The following email will give you the tracking code for your shipment, which maybe takes up to 24 hours to be updated and become available. In case of not receiving our emails, we recommend checking your email spam folder. This is why checking out with a real email is so important.

 

National Shipping Options

For national shipping, we use USPS, FedEx and DLH carrier. The shipping cost may vary according to the size, weight, type of delivering of your order, and will be showed at the checkout.

Standard – 3 to 5 working days (FREE if you are a logged customers and spend $49 or more)

Priority Mail – 2 to 3 working days

Next Day – 1 working day

 

International Shipping Options

Customs forms will be filled with the description of “massager” and the true value of the goods. We do not hold liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA. All items sold on Intimi Toys are legal in the USA, we are not responsible if these items are seized or confiscated by Customs Agents in your country. Some countries have some specific regulations in cosmetics goods, be aware before placing your order.

The shipping cost may vary according to the size, weight, type of delivering of your order, and country. The final cost will be shown at the checkout.

Shipping to Canada – 1 to 2 weeks

Shipping to Brazil – 2 to 3 weeks

 

* If your package is stuck in transit, please wait after the 14 (Canada) or 21 (Brazil) workings days to request an investigation.

** Return labels are not available for international orders. We require customers to purchase shipping for returns for reimbursement.

 

Tracking your Order

You will receive an email with the tracking number, however, you can also keep up with your package inside your account at Intimi Toys. Use the link Track My Order. Please note, if you ordered more than one (1) item, it´s possible that they may be shipped from the different warehouse location. In this case, you will receive more than one tracking number and they do not necessary will arrive all on the same day.

Wrong Items

If by anyway, you receive the wrong order or an incorrect item, please you have 48 hours of delivery to report this issue by sending an email to [email protected] explaining the mistaken, attaching a photo of the unsealed product and specifying your order number. Our team will quickly resend the correct item for you, and the best part, you will keep the incorrect one, on us!

 

Lost/Stolen Items

Intimi Toys does not hold responsibility for orders once they have left our warehouse, especially if an item was lost in delivery or stolen from the recipient’s doorstep. However, if this happens we encourage you to contact the carrier and file a claim with them. We will be open to help you with any information you need.

 

Returned to Sender

If the order is not delivered because of wrong address or for any reason the carrier could not deliver because of building rules or not enough space, we will analyze these returns and if they are viable for resale, we will refund the order to you. However, if it’s not viable for resale no credit will be issued as we have to discard the product.

Reinforcing, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address.
