Intimi Toys Adult Store is concerned about your intimacy and how to make the moment of your pleasure better, with this in mind, we have established a 30-day return policy for Unsealed/New items. The 30-day policy always starts counting after the original purchase date. All "unsatisfied" products MUST be returned sealed, in the exact condition as you received them with the original box and all extras if applied.
Contact us through the email [email protected] as soon as possible, and our team will give you instructions for returning your item. Please write your order number in the email subject and don't forget to include your personal information such as your full name, mailing address, email address and a reason for your dissatisfaction in the email.
- Used Items
We completely understand that sometimes it's hard to select the perfect product for your needs and maybe it doesn't work the way you were expecting. In this case, to give you the best customer service possible, we offer a 30-day return policy for Used Items The 30-day policy always starts counting after the original purchase date. You will need to return the item and pick something else within this 30-day term. Assuming that the product was used and you didn't like it, and since cannot sell that item again, we will send you a gift card with 30% of the product value after we receive your return. This policy only applies to orders up to and including $250. The return cost, in this case, is your responsibility and we do not refund shipping values. Make sure to write your full name, mailing address, email address and the reason for your return in a note inside the box. Please, thoroughly wash and dry your item, and place it in a CLEAR plastic bag or original packaging.
Under Warranty - Each product has a specific warranty defined in the product description. We provide extremely detailed information on each product that we sell. If your product breaks during the warranty, the warranty becomes valid on the date that it was originally purchased. Please request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting our customer service. We will be happy to replace it for you.
- COSMETICS: We do not accept returns of any kind of cosmetics.
- LINGERIE: Item/s must be returned within 10 days after delivery for an exchange. We only accept lingerie items that have not been used, worn and are in the original package with the tags attached. Store credit or refunds will not be issued for any differences.
How to Return an Item?
First, if your return matches one of the cases above, please contact our customer service through email at [email protected], in order to obtain an RMA number.
NOTE Include the following information:
Order number and full name.
- Email Body
The products you wish to return and the reason for the return. Describe each reason if there is more than one product. Also, write your personal information such as your full name, mailing address, best telephone number for contact and email address.
Second, all returns must be preauthorized, do not send any item back without authorization first.
Finally, after receiving your RMA number, go to a USPS near you to deliver the package. Please, don’t forget the rule that items must be returned in their original package.
What do I need to do after the return?
The answer to this question depends on the type of your return. If it’s an unsealed item, after receiving the return, our team will send you a code with the same value as the purchase of the original item. If the return is a used item, after receiving the return, our team will send you a code, with 30% of the value of the purchase of the original item, so you can and buy another product. Or in case of warranty, after receiving the return, our team will send you a new item to replace the defective one. Always be alert for the deadlines. If you choose a lower priced item as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference.
