Unhappiness

Unsealed/New items - The Intimi Toys Adult Store is worried about your intimacy and how to make your pleasure moment better, thinking on this, we established a 30 days return policy for Unsealed/New items, always start counting after the original purchase date. All "unhappiness" products MUST be returned sealed exactly the way you received, with the original box and all extras, if applied. Contact us through the email [email protected] as soon as possible, and our team will give you the right instructions for returning this item. Please, write your order number on the subject and don't forget to include your personal information like full name, mailing address, email address and a reason for your unhappiness on the body of the email.

 

Used Items - We totally understand that sometimes it's hard to select the specific product for your need and maybe it doesn't work the way you were expecting, in this case, to give you the best customer service possible, we offer 30 days return policy for Used Items, always start counting after the original purchase date. You need to return it and pick something else in this term. Assuming that the product was used and you didn't like, as we cannot sell again, we will send you a gift card with 30% of the product value after we receive your return. Only applies to orders up to and including $250. The return cost, in this case, is your responsibility and we don't refund values. Make sure to write your full name, mailing address, email address and a reason for your unhappiness in a paper inside the box. Please, thoroughly wash and dry your item, and place it in a CLEAR plastic bag or original packaging.

 

Warranty

Under Warranty - Each product has a specific warranty write in the product description. We provide vast detailed information on each product that we sell. If your product breaks during the warranty, that always start counting after the original purchase date. Please get your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting our customer service. We will be happy to replace it for you.



COSMETICS - We don’t accept returns of any kind of cosmetics.

LINGERIE – Item/s must be returned within 10 days after delivery for an exchange. We only accept that have not been used, worn and are in the original package with the tags attached. Store credit or refunds will not be issued for any differences.

 


 

How to make a return?

First, if your case is one of the cases above, please contact our customer service through email [email protected], so you can obtain an RMA number.

NOTE Include the following information:           

  • Title: your order number and full name.
  • Email Body: Products you wish to return and the reason for the return. Each reason, if there is more than one product. Also write your personal information like full name, mailing address, best telephone number for contact and email address.

Second, all returns must be pre-authorized, don’t send back any item without the authorization first.

Finally, after receiving the RMA number, go to a USPS near you to deliver the package. Please, don’t forget the rule, items must be returned in their original package.

 


 

What do I need to do after the return?

The answer to this question depends on the case of your return. If it’s an unsealed item, after receiving the return, our team will send you a code, with the same value as the purchase of the item, so you can and buy another thing. If it’s a used item, after receiving the return, our team will send you a code, with 30% the value as the purchase of the item, so you can and buy another thing. Or in case of warranty, after receiving the return, our time will send you back a new item to replace the defective one. Always be alert for the deadlines. If you choose a lower priced item as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference.
